Last Wednesday evening a meeting was
held in the ethos of John S. Seymour.
Norwalk. for the purpose of organizing a
branch of the National Civil Service Re-
form Association. A number of promi-
nent citizens were present and made short
addresses They adjourned. without or-
ganizing, until to-nlght. when it is hoped
that South Norwulk will be largely repro-
aentcd. All interested in this movement
should endeavor to be present.
Band Concert.
The band played on the balcony of the
Mithackemo hotel last Saturday night.
Alurge number of out of town people
listened to the music. The following will
