'l‘hurlow Rogers of Waterbury is
held criminally responsible for the
death of his infant child. Blanchard
Rogers, in ii. finding handed down by
Coroner Eli )iix yesterday.
Rogers. who was arrested in Sche-
nectady. N. Y.. hotel some time ago,
after ho had taken poison. has been
held at tho county jail hero for the
past two months. The body of the in-
fant was found in a suit case at the
railroad station in this city. Coroner

According to the coroner‘s finding,

oner said. Rogers admitted that he

last night to open the drive against
night parking in response to an or-
der issued by the office of the super.
intendcnt of police. The officers dis-
tributed hundreds of parking tags.
which will decorate the wheels and
doors of many cars by the limo their

Not all offenders of night parking
will be prosecuted on first offenses.
