Additional trains will be put in

To two well-beaten eggs add two
tablespoons of sugar. two tablespoon:
of butter, melted, one cup each of
white flour and whole wheat flour sift-
ed with two rounding teaspoons of
baking powder and one-half teaspoon

and stir in one cup or seeded raisins
floured. Bake in greased gem pans
in a hot oven twenty-five minutes.

During the past month there has
been a spirited campaign for now

gratifying total of 35. This is an in-
crease in the membership of 25 per
cent. Others are putting imappiica-
tions for membership. A good num-
ber of the'younger women of the
church and congregafions have been
elected to membership in the Society.

The final meeting for the season
of the \Vornen's Association of the
South Nor-walk Congregational
church was held yesterday afternoon
at the home of Mrstohn R. Wrigley.

40 members being present.
After a brief meeting, adjourn-
ment was had to the porch of the
home where a social time was en-
joyed. and the guests enjoyed the
beauties of the spacious grounds.
The, hostess. Mrs. \Vrigley,‘ played
two violin solos, “Viennese Melody"
and. "Schau Marie," accompanied by
Mrs. L. M. Ellen on the piano. Mrs.
Allen also furnished the accompani-
ment for her sister, Mrs. Robert Ten- '
Boy. who sang "Rose in the Bud" and
“ lbtiérfiies." or
Miss Consuelo. Dawson also enter-
tained with several recitations. The
hostess" served refreshments of ice
cream and Wafers. after which the
meeting adjourned until October. the
first meeting then to be held on “red-
nos-day. October 4th. at the church.
