ing. Usual favorities of the industrial
and railway divisions were dull and
irregular. Heavy selling of Columbia
Graphaphone Pfd., was the only strik-
ing feature among specialties. The
closing was firm. Sales approximated
300,000 shares. The recent active de—
mand for Liberty Bonds gained furth-
er momentum. all the 4 1-4s making
high records for the year, at gams of
25 to 90 points.
