Barman, of 64 Wafer street, Second

Miller had been hired to do some
work for Berman. and then had a
quarrel with him over the amount 01.
his pay. Officer Straton, who made
the arrest, says Miller told Barman
to “take your money and buy screws
for your coffin,” and hit him‘in the
