preme Court today reversed the Fed-
.eral District Court in New Jersey,
which dismissed the Government’s
Sherman law and commodities clause
Delaware, Lackawannawand Western
Coal Company. ‘

contract by which the railroad sold
to the coal company its coal was not

both the anti—trust law and the com«
modities clause of the Hepburn late
law. It. is the second suit of the Gov-
ernment against the railroad under
the commodities clause.
