General Assembly of the State of Con-
necticut. January Session, 1911, for
the purpose of erecting a building or
buildings for the use of the fire depart-
ment, public library and city hall of
said city. and to purchase necessary
land for the site or sites of such build
ing or buildings
Said bonds are issued. and all pro-
ceedings relating thereto have been
had. in strict compliance with. and
in conformity to. the Charter of said
City of South Norwalk. the resolutions
aforesaid of the General Assembly of
the State of Connecticut, January
