WATERBURY‘ THIEVES HELD.
WATERBURY, Sept. \30.—ln the
city court here, yesterday. 8. A. Alder-
man nf New Haven was held under
bonds of 81.500 on the charge of break-
lug atid entéring I freight car here
last week, and Abraham Blsnovich.
of this city was held under bonds of
$2. 000 for the theft of $600 worth of
copper. Joe Aiidsky. of this city, is
also held under bonds of ‘500 for
theft. The copper was stolen from the
local freight yards last Wednesday
night. All the cases were put Over
until October 0 at. the request of At-
torney Alderman. of New Haven Al-_
,derman‘s counsel. .
The next step was to take up the
matter of filling the vacancies.
John J. Walsh wanted to hear what
P. H. Fielding had to any on the sub-

the effect that he thought a resolution

would he no conflict between the dis-
