Cook had beaten his record of 1906.
Nothing having arrived for me. we
started south on Roosevelt. Cook left
box full of contents unknown to me to
bring back, but Peary would allow
nothing belonging to Cook to go on
board Roosevelt. so i was forced to
leave everything in cache at Etah.
