ditional claim the final proceedings of
Theron R. Bradlcv. former proprietor
of the Clifford Pharmacy, were not

last claim was a note for 3800 pre-
sented by Judge Joseph R. Taylor, in
behalf of Mr. Bradley's former part-
ner, Nellord J. Platuer. The case was
adjourned for a further investigation

Fisher is about twenty years old
and lives in New York. The accident

the time a train was passing. and it
is said that the boy. who was thirteen
