Charles H. Jennings Wants James A.
Barry to Vacate Property.
An interesting case for both the
crimlhai and civil courts has developed
in Westport, and in which Attorney
.i. 'Bolden Hurlhutt, of Norwalk, is in-
terested, represeiflng one of the pai-
ties James A. Barry.
The fact in the case are set forth
as follows:
