of its passenger trains on the New
Yo1k end within another month.
The entire distance to be covered
by electric operation is 21 miles. From
the Grand Central station to Wood-
lawn is about eight miles and [tom
Woodlswn to Stamford is 13 or It
miles farther. The unique feature of
the New Haven’s electric installation
is that until Woodlawn Is reached in
