the owner of the adjoining property
had told them that they could dump
them. But they proc ceded further,
climbing a hill and en ering Mr Mer-

which is about 2.3 of a mile flom
starting point by rondw av. they dump
this gravel some 300 loads or rather
300 half loads. as acute one of the
