ceased during the parade. but the

The members of Companies F‘ and
I) arrived in South Norwalk at 7:30
o‘clock, and marched at once to the or.
mory, where the commands were tilts-
misned. The men were complimented
on their exec-lient appearance. and cre-
ated a favorable impression in littrt-
ford.

Buckingham Post and Douglas Fow-

ler Post were well reprerented in the
“procession. and several members of
each rode in carriages. The veterans
were applauded at various points along
the line, and looked ‘cspecially well
when painting the reviewing stand and
Governor Chamberlain.

ard A. Glddlugs. of Hartford, and Cup-
tain William F. M. Rogers, of New Lon-
don. at dinner at the Allyn House,
Hartford. previous to the parade.
