wliat has been the result in my own case, of the application
of 'I‘lIl-1 GALVANIC BELT AND NECKLACE. My reply
is as follows:
For about twenty years I had been suffering from Dys- -
pepsia. Every year the symptoms became worse, nor could
Ioblain permanent relief from any course of medical treat-
ment whatever. About foiirlcen years since, in consequence
of frequent exposure to the weather, in the discharge of my
pastoral duties, I became siiliject to a severe Chronic Rheu-
matism, which for year after year, caused me indescribable
anguish. Fartlier: in the winter of '45 and ‘J6, in conse-
quence of preaching a great. deal in my own and various
other churches in this region,l was attacked by the Bron-
chitis, which soon became so severe as to require an imme-
diate suspension of my pastoral labors. My nervous system

worse, so also did my Dyspepsia and Rheumatic all'ection-—-
thus evincing that these disorders were coiiiiected with each

which could reach and recuperate my Nervous System;
everything tlial: I had tried for this purpose had completely
failed. At lust I was led by my friends to examine your in-
ventions, and (though with no very sanguine hopes of their
