Flour and Grain.—Since last Friday evening
- there has been a reaction in this market. Hold-
ers of Flour have, at last, consented to sell the
staple at $8 50, although f.:w transactions take
place. From the time the market opened one
Saturday morning last. there has been a decline
in prices until they reached the above mentioned
rate. The dealers now say that the article will
' again advance to $9 by Saturday next. Per-
haps it is thought that the Royal \ViIliam will
bring unfavorable advices oftlie European crops.
