the hair, was accidentally made by an individ-
ual who has neither the capacity nor the dis-
positioii to practice deception or fraud. The

(whom I have not seen this long time) by way

a longtime in hope ofreceivirig my hard earn-
ed wages, and that Ihave waited in vain;
and my advice to yoir is that you make sortie
provision for me witliout delay. By so do-
ing you may save to yourselves at least the in-
teiest, and perhaps, the collector’s fees.
