as Receiver Of the above defendant Corpora'.
tion, filed in this Court October 29th, 1895,
praying this Court to limit a time for the pre-
sentation to said Receiver of the claims of the
creditors of said corporalion, and for such
other and further order thereon as shall be
deemed necessary. this Court doth limit the
time for the presentation of claims against
the Norwalk and South Norwalk Electric
Light Company. to four months from and
after December 20th. 1895. and the creditors of
said Company are hereby ORDERED to present
their respective claims against said company,
to Lewis C. Whitney, of Norwalk, in said
County. the Receiver of said Company, within
the time above limited: and all claims, not so
presented, will be debared a recovery. And it
is FUETEEE OEDEBED that said Receiver give
notice of this order to evegy known creditor
05. said Company, by depositing in the post
, onice in said Norwalk, in an envelope, prop-
erly enclosed, postage paid, a copy of this
order, directed to es ch of said creditors, at his
place of abode or business, at least six days
before said 20th day of December. 1895. and by
publishing this order on three successive
days, commencing on or before said last-
named day, in a newspaper published and
having acirculation in said Norwalk. which
notice this Court finds to be reasonable, and
suflicient in law.
