day says that a dangerous eplrlt of die-
nflection exists among the Thirteenth
Hus-m, stationed at Balllncelllg, five
miles west of Cork. The trouble, it is
said, is similar to that which caused the
recent mutiny among the members of
“C”squedron of the First Regiment of
Life Guards at Windsor. The Indepen-
dent says that the relations between the
officers and men of the Thirteenth Hus-
eers are much strained. A few nights
ago eerloue disturbances in the barracks
were barely averted. The men complain
that they are seriously overworked and
