At the city meeting held last evening
the resolution of the council appropiat-
ing 81500 for rebuilding the Crescent
Terrace wall was disapproved by a vote
of 58 to 30.
The South Norwalks visited Bridge-
port yesterday and played the East
Sides at Athletic park. The Bridge-
porters won the game easily by a score
of 12 int;
At the meeting of voters of the East
Norwalk fire district last evening a two
mill tax was voted. The committee
was also empowered to borrow $300 to
pay running expenses.
