have returned from their visit to the
“Sunny South,” preferring the sleigh
riding in the North, to orange picking
in Florida. .
Charles Connell was fined 33 and
costs by Justice Townsend this morning
for drunkenness. Not having the nec-
essary amount of money on hand, he
received a free ticket to Bridgeport.

New Buildings.
TheWeekly Record publishes the
followmg in reference to new buildings
in this town :
Architect F. S. Morehouse has made
plans for an eight-room house on Bur-
bank street, for Mrs. O’Connell. It
Will have modern improvements, oak
finish on the lower floor, and will cost
$3500. He has also planned a frame
store. 20 x 40 feet on Burbank street,
for Mrs. O’Connell.
. Architect Morehouse is working on
plans for a new house on Hanford
£2,388 for Edward Flynn. It will cost
-' Architect W. S. Knapp is at work on
plans for a new building for the N or-
walk Sentmel.‘ It will be located on
Washington street adjoining the new
opera house, and will be of wood, two
stories high. The first floor will con-
tain two stores and the upper floor will
be occupied by the offices and press
room.

on Washington street this spring will
be located next to the new Havilaud
building. . "
Architect. F. E. Moorehouse has
made drawmgs for a two-story addi-
tion to the E. Quittner building on
North Main street. -
Architect W. S. Knapp has complet-
ed plans for J. T. Prowitt’s new resi-
dence before reported in our columns.
It will be situated on Elmorest avenue,
