be established. The battle of words which
has been going on for some time between
Congressman Levi Warner and Editor ao~
user A. Byington culminated on Thursday

in his correspondence from Washington to

ticle reviewing Warner‘s letter. made a tell-
ing retort upon the family point by giving
a history of their public services. and claim-

While the'public were anxiously waiting
to see what Mr. Warner‘would have to say
