establishment and continuance have been
sunnribcd by several gentlenvn who are
generally found in all good works.
The apartments consist of two rooms with
separate entrances and connwted by a short
hallway The trout room is used as the
reading room. and is comfortably furnished
with chairs. tables. but racks and shelves for
books. and liberslly supplied with newspa-
pots and periodicals. The back room is
furnished as a restaurant. with a kitchen at
the rear. in which the refreshments are pre~
pared. Taken together the apartments are
well adapted for their use.
Upon the opening night several ladies

throng that crowded the rooms during the
