Section 1. When any person is found in

the information of the state attorney of the
county. where-such information is made.

facts necessary to bring the case within the
provisions of this law.

and that the proper authorities of such other

make ademand upon the executive of this

Snertou 1. The attorneys at law admit-
ted to practice in the courts of this state
and resident in any county. ma ' organize
themselves by the name of the aw library
association for such county; and when an
organized. shall be a corporation for-the
urpose of holding and managing the law
ibrsry belonging to the county. and may
adopt by-lnws for that. purpose. subject to
the approval of a judge of the superior
court. -
See. The clerk of the superior court in
any county, upon the application of seven
attorneys at law resident therein. may call
a meettugjor the purpose of such organiza-
tion. by giving notice thereof at any gen
eral bur tileeting. which meeting shull be
holden during a term of the superior court
