on a large trade with them in supplying
their commisnry department with fresh beef.
With the assistance of the “Cow Boys,"
whose detestable occupation it was to drive
off it night the cattle of the patriots and
sell them to the Red Coats, it is believed
that Bunion made a great deal of roomy.-
The slaughtering was br-lieved to be dom-

Bo it enacted by the Board of Councilmen of the
City of South Not-walk:
Section 1. All bonds of city officers shall be
payable in and to the t'lty of South Notwulk. a id
shall be executed by the principal and two sufficient
surelleu tn the npprobn ion of the mayor. Such
bonds shall be conditional on the faithful perform-
ance by the principal of all his official duties due to
the city of South Norwallr by virtue of hit an int-
mcnt. nud upon his raving: the city from ul loss.
met or damage by meson of his malfcnsnnco in on
lice. and upon his rcuderlng e true account of all his
money. dealings for. and in behalf of. and with said
city. and upon his just and true payment to the. city
treasurer of all moneys in his hands at um‘ time as
an officer or agent of the citv for and during the en
tire period for which be shell remain in his office by
