1 cup butter.

Mix to a. cream and add 1 cup of
boiling' miter. Add 1 dessertspoon
vanilla. Beat the white of 1 egg Very
stiff and add to the other mixture.
Oltl'lAM SAUCE
Cream together 1.2 cup butter. 1
cup sugar. Add the well-beaten yolk
of 4 eggs. Stir into this 1 tablespoon-
ful vanilla or 1 wtnegius of brandy
and 1 cup hot‘cream. ,
Beat this mixture woll. Place in a
double boiler over boiling water and
sure not to let it boil. This is de-
llcious.
