Stolen From Home
Of Norman Leeds
Six Turkish rugs valued at 82,000
are reported stolen from the home
of Norman Leeds. .1596 Boaton avo-
nue. Bridgeport. Inventory was made
by his son. Norman Leeds, Jr.. last
night. after police had notified the
younger Leeds his father's home had
been entered. Patrolman McCarthy
and O'Neill

break had been made with the as-
sistance of s. Jimmy.
Mr. and Mrs. Leeds are away and
the house is vacant. Immediately
after the break was discovered the
police notified Mr. Leed's son who
reported that six Turkish rugs had
been stolen.

A truck alleged to be from the

Leavenworth after which the bar-
rels and kegs were locked up in the
basement of the county building.
