licensed. They point out that 65 per
cent oi the wealth of the United
States is in real estate and declare

sist that a license law be passed so
that only those quailtied could en-

pus-ed such protective laws.
According to one realtor there are
at least several hundred men in this
state engaged in the real estate busi-
ness on a shoe string. He,says many

their money's worth. or whether
owners“ get a fair price. Some of
them. he states. do not know what a
Warranty deed ls or a second mort-
gage. a lien. or an encroachment.
but they are cori‘n of one thing
which interests t cm more than
anything else. namely their commis-

are a lot of. floaters who will go
anywhere there seems to be activity
in the business and with their office
under their arm will try to sell real
estate in a location about which they
knew nothing of va es and care less.
