The Koppcrs company is said to
be the concern negotiating for the
stock.
"Subject to agreement as to de-
tails. the offer has been approved by
each member or the board or direc-
tOra. and each will accept it." the
notice to stockholders says.
The notices were sent out in order
to protect the interests of the stock-
holders. President Blake-lee said to-

night. Many members of the club
are first class players and each year
many good games are witnessed. The
games for the most part are closely
