Very Pleasing Musical
Program For Kiwanis
Members.
Yesterday's luncheon or the kl-
wanis club in the Norwalk Country
club became a feast of music when
Elmer P. Craig chairmen ot the run-
eiofiommittee. presented a program
or vocal and instrumental artists. To
Judge iron the applause. the hit of
the day was made by George Wet-
more, who played both the xyle-
phone and the marimbs. separately
and then wound up by playing the
same piece on both. as was accom-
panied on the piano by layman an.
hart, who also gave one solo.
Some kind hearted member who
had listened to the plaints or John

have no pie on the menu. presented
hiss with one thibugh Vice-new.

meeting he asked tor a large repre-
sentation at the Norwelh men's ent-
ing, August as. A new member.
William Gamble. was installed by
Frederick Break.
The meeting was without a set
speaker. but two his! talks were
given. These were by Willie R. Aus-
tin. chairman or the committee on
the New England convention to be
held in New Hampshire in Septem-
ber. and by James Donnelly. chair-
man or the baseball committee. Kr.
Austin appealed tor early returns on
the delegates who will attend the
convention; saying that but We
have signlned their intention st go-
ing. Mr. Donnslly revert“ thatlet
