Dear Sir:

. A“city’s progress and the. expansion of a. business must go hand in hand.
This has been proven conclusxvely in our own instance. We‘were fully “sold”

.on NorWalkis future when we started our business here and results have ex-

ceeded even the farthest bounds of our confidence.

_ Three years ago we decided to locate in South Nerwalk in the paint and
Window shade line, and opened our store Aug. 1, 1923, at 8 Railroad avenue.
April 1 of the followin year, owm to the increase in business and necessity
to carry a~heav1er stoc , we secure the adjoining store.

March 1, 1925, we rented a store at 2 Wall street and have since moved
to 56 Wall street, a store that we intend to make a monument to the City of
Norwalk, featuring high class merchandise at reasonable prices with expert
adv1ce on application, and courteous service. i

We attribute our growth and success to the steady growth of our city,
Norwalk. The future of this city looks very promising and plans should be
developed new for what will be needed here ten years hence.

We thank the residents of Norwalk and vicinity for their atronage in the
past and we trust we will continue to be of service to them tiJuring the many
years of mutual growth. . _
