graduated from Haskell Indian In-
stitute this spring.. There were 9.
handful of boys prepared for life as
“Merchants." but not a lawyer nor
a doctor was among them.
Haskell graduated its largest class
with forty‘threc boys and sixty-sev-
en glris. In its vocational school the
boys picked out thirteen different
professions. Six we o given diplomas
from the school 0 farming: six
others graduated as printers. five as
engineers. three as auto mechanics,
teachers, coaches. painters and car-

Only four professions were open
