Plans for filling in the East Nor-
walk dump were discussed at the
meeting of the bridge commission
held in the city hall last week. The
committee voted to ask Major Pow-
cll of the U. S. Engineering Corp to
come to this city and make sugges-
tions to them regarding filling in
the present dump, at the east end of
the Washington street druwbridge
and the dump at the foot of Belts
place.
