I returned last Monday from a vacation spent. in Jacksonville, Florida,
and it certainly is a relief and pleasure to be book in beoutiful New England.
In reply to your inquirysstomyim ion 6! conditions m Florida, have

could realize to what end the real estate afiorator-s carried their activities to
premote Flonido; and, in my opinion, to so to the unsuspecting. »

All Floridians are optimistic regarding the real estate market this com-
ing Fall. They are opening up a large tract between Jacksonville and Atlan-
tic Beach, with extensive operations, such as dredging canals, and filling and
laying out roads. How they con ever hope to realize profits or find addi-
tiondl purchasers is beyond my ken.

Our othee has been in choc touch with the real estate market in N orwalk
for 40 years, and “from my conversation with various local real estate men,
andimen of means coming here from out of towe, it is my Opinion that there
is more money to be’ mode in real estote ht here in Nor-well: than
there is in merido'. Here, one hasLa'n a'sour future, so against a more
or less goinhlin'g prepooition in Florida. '
