its monthly meeting. last evening.
voted against the purchase of a
pamper.
This is the second vote taken on
this subject. embers did not feel
the condition of the company's
finances warranted the purchase of
an $8.000 pumper. plus the cost of
equipment and upkeep.
A most important event is to be
held either the latter part of this
month or the early part of next. that
of the burning of the mortgage. The
hose company is now free from debt
in. this respect and a big time is be-
ing planned. to which the entire
community is to be invited. ,
