TODAYjs RECIPE
Orange coke Pudding.
Two oupl stole eponge
crumbs, 1 cup milk, 1 cup orange
Juice. 1 tablespoon grated orange
rind. 4 tablespoons sugar. 3 eggs.
The cake should be pulled into
coarse crumbs. Combine sugar and
stated orange rind Pour milk over
crumbl and add sugar. Beat eggs
until very light and stir into first
mixture. Add bronco iuioe. mix
thoroughly and turn into I. buttered
bolting dim. Bake in a moderate
oven for forty minutes or. until firm
to the touch. Serve worm or told
with or without whipped cream. A
belied custard sauce is good pith
this pudding.
