publish their own newspaper. which

and the first issue is expected to be
out the latter .part of next week.
The paper is to be published month-
ly and will contain accounts of the
activities of various departments
and individuals employed by the
state. It will be operated under the
auspices and by members of the,
Connecticut Capitol club.
