young boys of Rowayton cannot
have a scout troop 0! their own.
‘ There are quite a number of boys
whohave reached the impression-
able age when the teachings of the
boy scouts would. it seems. be of
the greatest benefit. At present the
lads are obliged to go to Norwallt
for .their meetings in the evening
and many mothers hesisate to send
their children uptown and have

Episcopal church. The beer tested
well over 5 per cent and is being
held at the police headquarters until
