of Albany, N. Y.. who constitute the

passage of the Nicoll-Phelps bill re-
lating to child marriages. The
women also opposed the Gibbs bill
relating to the employment and edu-
cation of minors. and tho li‘rciberg
bill permitting children, under cer-
wlu conditions. to attend moving
picture theatres unattended by
adults.
The women also decidcd to oppose
Senator Byrno's bill, which prevents
agents and state officials from en-
tering a privatc house to take
charge of a child without the con-
sent 01‘ the parents. except on acourt
order. It was decided to stand for
strongest censorship of motion pic-
titres.
