gon gasoline prices have been ad-
vanced one cent a gallon by‘ both
Standard Oil Company of New Jer-
sey and the Standard Oil Company

New Jersey Co.'s new quotation is
10 cents a gallon and that of the
Standards of New York. .18 cents.

Town Better Today

Both the Nurwalk Dairy company
and \‘.'c.mpe‘s Farm Dairy reported
this morning that milk delivery was
ucurly back to normalcy. A full
supply of milk was secured last

(Al’) Watson it. Sperry. retired
journalist; died' here today after a
long illness. He' was 83 years old.
.\lr. Sperry was managing editor of
the New York Evening Post from
1870 to 1881: proprietor of the Wil-
mington—Delaware News from 1882
to 1000 and from 1001 to 1018 he
was on the staff of the Hartford
Courant. hir. Sperry was United
States Minister to Persia from 1883
