Yes, we wore Jumpers last sum-
mer; but somehow the last sea-

son's Jumper doesn't look quite
right now. There have been little
changes. The most extreme of the
new Jumpers are quite long and
are worn with very short, full
skirts that look like nothing in thv
world so much as short trutflcs
about one's hips. Some of the
drossmakers are sticking to a
shorter Jumper, so that the short-
ness of the skirt is not so stressed;
but the best usage among dress-
mnkers seem to be to keep» these
Jumper skirts from undue fullness.
