s In ourNorwalk and South Norwalk stores. we have found an ever increasing demand
for better clothes. This constant. striving for better attire is an indication of a growing
demand not only for clothes, but homes. schools and roads.

they will soon be improved.
l believe in Norwalk because our business has grown from a Vet) small beginning: to
two first-class stores. _
Some years ago we. were prompted to buy our up-tou‘n huildint.r in order to safeguard
our location there. Since that time the building: has increased greatly in value. Within the
last few months, we have purchased the building! which houses our down-town store and
feel that within a, short. time he will have to use additional space upstairs to provide for
our growing clientele.
In observing the increases in real estate values .in the business sections of this city. one
cannot. help but note also the increasmg value of home properties on the outskirts of our
city. Several large tracts of land have recently-been developed and are now filled with
beautiful up-tO-date homes.
Covewood, one of the latest high-elass developments, is attracting: the attention of
many seekers of homesites. The company promoting this tract of land has already erected
two model homes on the property which are now open for inspection.
1 am an optimist; aboutNorwalk‘s future and feel that any investment in this city
is a good one.
