ceedings against him.. Col. William
Mitchell today pleaded not guilty
of the charges against him and told
the court that he was ready for the
trial.
The plea was entered and the
trial actually got under way after
the court had rejected the last of
the long list of objections based'on
the failure of the prosecution to
furnish a "bill of particulars" of the
charges against Mitchell.
