held in the auditorium 01 the Stam-
ford High school the zoning regu-
lations and restrictions of the city

A resolution rescinded the action
or the town council on January 24.
1924 when the zoning commission
was termed. Another was passed
rescinding the authority given the
council to appoint a zoning commis-
sion and the third was passed _re.s-
eluding the appropriations of 05. 000
tor expenses on the commission. The
third resolution also rescinded any
regulations and restrictions that
have been placed and that the bal-
ance 0! the 86. 000 not expended be
' used to defray any expenses accrued
by the commission. .
The meeting was addressed by
opponents of the zoning regulations
and was unanimous in passing the
