tified of hearing on the matter to be

tion. She stoutly refused and after
a. secret conference with town oili-
clals and Dr. William Mclvfarlsnc.

Just what action is to be taken
by the town officials is a mystery.
It is believed that her brother has
been adjudged insane by various

this state are acting in violation of
the Connecticut. insurance agency
laws in selling the Chrysler-Pal-
metto plan of fire. theft and liability
insurance on automobiles in the
opinion of insurance
Howard P. Dunhunl. according to a
statement issued yesterday. No ac-
tloh will be taken by the state de-
partment, however. pending the de-
cision of the Federal court on the
legality of the new insurance plan
which is expected soon.
It has been admitted that neither
the Palmetto company nor any of
the Chrysler agents in this state are
licensed.
