The man killed by the explosion
is Dominick Lobenno. forty. 43 Fac-
tory street. He was blown through
the door of the garage. whore the

minutes later after being taken to
Griffin Hospital.

the hack, chest and legs and is_ not
expected to recover.

from New York on July 22. Foley
claims that the bus which was to

time. Damages of 81,000 are
sought.
