William Tollner Was
Blushing Bride
The mock wedding at clubhouse
on Saturday night was voted a. huge
SUCCQSS.
A large. attendance of Beach resi-
dents and their guests were present.
At ten o'clock, amid a great shower
of rice lintl confetti. the mock wed-
ding took place.
All were keyed up to a high pitch
of excitement until the bride remov-
ed her vein and disclosed the coun-
tenance of William Tollner.
Mr. Theodore Henry was the fath-
er of the bride. and Edward Held
took the role of the groom. The
cremony was performed by Wilfred
Cousin. The marriage vows. taken
by tho bride and groom, were ex-
tremely comical. In the past years
the mock wedding has always been a
successful affair and. this Year. the
residents were not disappointed.
In addition to this feature there
was also a. Nantucket dance. The
door prize, which was a beautiful
card table. \vns won by Mrs. William
M uirey. Jack Miller and his orches-
tra furnished the music for the wed-
ding march and the dancing.

ed a number of friends at her home
on Harbor View avenue Friday after-
noon at a. tea. and bridge party. The
first prize was won by Mrs. McGuin-
ness and the second was won by
Mrs. Herbert Stevens. Those present
