Gasoline sold at, the New England
Filling Stations here and Bridge-
port was reduced from-28 to 26
cents a gallon. E. E. Overton, man-
ager of the stations. announced
here yesterday. This is the second
company to cut the price of gaso-
line/in this city. Colonial Gas al-
ready selling for 26 cents a gallon.

was sentenced to five days in jail
when found guilty on a charge of
