lngton authorities asked the District
of Columbia Supreme court yester-
day to dismiss the action of Loren
H. Wittner who charged school su-,
thoritles with teaching disrespect for
the Holy Bible.
The court was asked to set Friday
as the date for hearing on the mo-
tion and this probably will postpone
the hearing of Wittuer's complaint
which was‘sc‘heduled for today.
