MR. CHARLES F. HOGAN.
who has been for many yc'ars a
member and director of the same,
and who was always ready and will.
ing to devote his time and all his
energies to the interest and advant-
age of Bell Island. who has used
great foresight in all matters that
could possibly improve this commu-

mind were entirely in his duties as
